By downloading or using Jotla ("the App"), you agree to these Terms.
Jotla lets you capture photos, organise them into projects, search them with on-device text recognition, and optionally back them up to your own iCloud Drive or Google Drive account. It also includes an optional messaging feature ("Jotla Message"). The App is provided "as is".
You must be at least 13 years old to use Jotla. If the law in your country requires a higher minimum age to consent to use of online services without parental permission, you must meet that higher age instead. We do not knowingly allow anyone under this age to use the App.
Your photos are stored on your device and, if you enable it, in your own cloud account. We do not control your cloud provider. We are not liable for data loss caused by device failure, cloud-provider issues, accidental deletion, or uninstalling the App. Please keep independent backups of anything important.
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, and LW Group Limited is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

你必須年滿 13 歲方可使用 Jotla。如你所在地區的法律規定，未經家長同意使用網上服務的最低年齡高於 13 歲，則須以該較高年齡為準。我們不會在明知情況下讓未達此年齡的人使用本應用程式。
你的相片儲存於你的裝置，以及（若你開啟）你自己的雲端帳戶。我們不控制你的雲端供應商。對於因裝置故障、雲端供應商問題、誤刪或解除安裝而導致的資料遺失，我們概不負責。請就重要資料自行另作備份。
你的使用亦受我們的私隱權政策規管。
在法律允許的最大範圍內，本應用程式不附帶任何形式的保證；對於因使用本應用程式而引致的任何間接或衍生損害（包括資料遺失），LW Group Limited 概不負責。
我們可隨時更新應用程式或本條款。變更後繼續使用即表示你接受更新後的條款。
